Dedicated to biotechnological innovation in natural plant ingredients, functional foods, and health supplements, the laboratory conducts in-depth research on Canadian natural nutritional ingredients. We analyze functional components that promote human health, explore the functional characteristics and nutritional benefits of products, and provide scientific evidence verifying these health benefits. This initiative provides comprehensive support in technology, talent, and product innovation for the development of JIAZHONG Overseas R&D Center.
Supported by advanced analytical instrumentation—including state-of-the-art equipment such as Headspace GC-FID, GC-MS, and HPLC-DAD—we are empowered to delve deeper into superfoods, functional foods, and dietary supplements to identify bioactive components beneficial to human health.
